ok well one of my mates has an AU falcon and he has this gauge casing in his center console(where the ciggy lighter and tray are) he got his off ebay and it was heeps cheep, but i cant find any for a my TJ :( any ideas where to look?

One thing to learn about modifying your Magna... is that most things will have to be custom made :(

its not too hard to make your own if you have decent skilzz. I started making one for 52mm gauges from an old centre console and some pipe couplers.

This is as far as i got. Basically, i glues the pipe in with a hot glue gun, once i was happy with the position i stretched one of my girlfriends old tights over it and applied f/g resin only till it was rigid. Then i put chopped mat over that. I wasnt happy with how it looked to me, so i was going to start again, but ended up selling the car. I looked at making one for the ashtray section, but i dropped it and broke it. Wouldnt be hard though, and you have a 12v and light power source at hand without splicing into anything.
