Price from Mitsu for all parts required to fit one of those covers from a sports and have it look semi-original:

Part Numbers:
2x MD318213 ACCEL-CLAMP $4.01 ex
2x MF140722 BOLT-FLANGE-6X1 $0.55 ex
5x MD318212 BOLT & WASHER $7.50 ex
1x MD363840 COVER ASSY-ENGINE $43.05 ex

If you want it to look 100% original you'll need to change one of your rocker covers but it's unnecessary!

whats the point, unless its for a show car??? it will only add weight in reality! the only reason i stick my head under the bonnet is to make sure its still all there!! (and check the oil, hehe). not for a perv, i'd rather use my ears tell me whats going on under the bonnet!! generally somewhere between 2000-6000rpm!!! oh so good!!

but when people want to look under the bonnet when you race a mate and beat him even though he has a 5litre V8, it makes the bay look neat. Go the engine cover.. besides it can confuse salesman and you might get some extra $$. :D

On the Exec the rocker cover has some raised writing on it and no mounting brackets for the engine cover.

On the VR-X and Sports models etc the rocker cover is flat and has some brackets that the engine cover screws onto to help hold it down.

If you look closely enough at the picture I posted above you'll see what looks like writing on the rocker cover.

The rocker cover brackets aren't really an issue though as it has other screws and tabs at the back for holding it down correctly which with all the correct parts hold it down well enough on the Exec.
