Can anyone here explain how the Front sway bar is removed and installed?

I know how to do the rear, but if you like to share how you would do it, I wouldn't mind either.

Cheers

What's planned: 20-24mm Front and Rear to go into my TF along with GT gas all round, followed by a Wheel Alignment.

take off the nuts/bolts under the ends of the bar on the control arms, then place a jack under the centre of the sway bar and undo the bolts holding the brackets and bushes where the bar mounts to the chassis/crossmember, then lower the jack, pull it out.
to put one back in, start with slipping the ends holes over the rods it goes on, on the control arms, adjust the nuts to let it go down low, then lift up the centre section, and put back the bolts in the brackets with the bushes. then re adjust up the ends on the control arms, and take it for a wheel alignment to get them adjusted properly/evenly.
