I was just out looking at my car and thought that the KL Boot and lights would look sick on it. Was wondering if anyone had done it and apporx how much it would cost. inc. respray etc.

Also would i need to get an auto elec to re do lights or is it a simple clip on clip off DIY job?

Just run reverse light wires from standard tail lights up into bootlid for KL's
For respray of a bootlid your looking at about $150 but best best is to ring up spray shops and ask

It is a clip on/clip off job, just grab the loom when you get the lights and bootlid and hook it all up, easy as.

I don't know how much you would pay for a bootlid prob $150-$200 second hand plus approx $200 to repaint and taillights expect to pay about $250 a pair thats what i want for my set anyway.You don't see many around in wreckers.As for the wiring i would expect it would be fairly straight forward like the KJ conversion.

is the ones you have for sale KL? whatre you actually selling just the lights or boot aswell?

Just the lights.i have a kj bootlid and i've got 2 sets of lights KJ and KL but can't decide which lights to use but i'm leaning towards the KJ so i will sell the KL ones.heres the link.http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62949
