will kl lights fit on a tj or is there a gap (would boot lid and rear bar have to be changed as well)? i kno there's rewiring needed to get reverse, i've done a kj/tj swap before so i know what im up against, just want to know if they will physically fit on without to many spaces anywhere.

doubt they would fit

As far as I know they fit with a tiny gap at the top of the light between the boot. Not really noticable but definetly there.

Im pretty sure there will be a gap or at least a mismatch at the top of the light where it meets the bootlid, think the KL lights are rounded differently

ok, so consensus is that they'll bolt onto the car no worries but there will probably be a noticeable gap? thanks guys

they'll bolt up fine,
if you look at a TJ boot lid then a TL bootlid you'll see that the TL one has a bigger round then the TJ bootlid
this will leave a small gap up top if you were to look at it from the side
nothing major :)
