If I floor my car, my Rampod tends to make a slight wistle at really high revs. Is this normal?

I'd say so as the air isn't coming straight in. It comes bending around the corner which probably causes the noise and is why I don't think a pod is any better than a panel. :badgrin:

Yes its normal mate, my 2.4 does the same but its louder, nothing to be concerned about :D

It should rev harder or at least produce more power at the same rebs up high, but not much. The sound is more noticeable than power. No one here has any scientific proof of an advantage.

Well, i bought it for the sake of future mods. I'm waiting for a quote to come back and then a nice exhaust system will go on in the next few weeks.

The Pod will make your exhaust sound a lot louder :)

Louder maybe, but will it sound BETTER??
