Ive just recieved my paras via ebay one is in mint condition the other missing globes and sockets and is a bit dusty/cloudy.
Thanks everyone for the great info on the para mods especially the Nexus thread re installation. My only problem is dealing with the Mitsubishi Parts dept.

Reading Nexus' thread and having examined the lights, I understand ill need a two prong socket for the high and low beam globes. Unfortunately Nexus's thread only lists the part number for the low beam socket. I called Mitsu today thinking we could work out the part number for the high beam, unfortunately not. According to the guy on the phone the Verada and Magna light fittings are exactly the same and that it was pointless me buying a socket, I told him my understanding was that they are different but hey im not going to beg for him to sell me it!

Oh well, im going to drop into the local mitsu on the weekend to sort it out but was hoping someone might know the part number for the high beam socket to make things easier?
If not can someone let me know a year model and engine of a Verada that came out with the one piece paras. That way they should be able to look it up.

Cheers for your help.
Nicko

Are you talking about the actual 2 prongs that you didnt recieve? Or the connecter that hooks up to the prongs? Because i also just got a set off ebay. One had the bulbs, prongs and connecter and the other had the same, but without the connecters that plug into the 2 prongs... Hmmm..
but i always thought the connecters in my car atm would just hook straight up if i grounded the red wire....

No I got mine from JapImports. As far as I know the existing three hole connector from your car should work, seemed to tonight with a test run. I just need the small two prong socket that the globes go into to allow it to fit into the existing conector plug.

Para installation guide:

Cut red wire on H4 socket (3 prong) and attach socked side to a nearby bolt, tape up other side - This grounds the wire).

Buy standard H7 globe from petrol station and plug in to the H4 connector, lines up perfectly.

One thing... I lost my high-beam light on the dash, don't know if anybody else did but be advised.
