The woodgrain in my Verada is getting a little scratched from people putting phones and cigg packets on it. It seems to scratch really easily. Any ideas as to what i could use to polish the scratches out?

The woodgrain trim is made of plastic. It's only simulated woodgrain. I can't think of any way to remove the scratches.

Tell your passengers to be more careful!

Yeah, i knew it was plastic. Does anyone know of a plastic polish that isn't too rough?

Careful as most car polishes specifically state not to be used on plastics, check the bottle first :D

would want your woodgrain to melt lol

I used polish before but i fear that it might take a little too much off. I got sick of it yesterday and did it anyway :)
I even waxed it. LOL. serious though..........
gotta love Maguires!!

Didn't take out my mates house key scratch but it took out a lot of the little ones and made it a lot glossier. It has a much more "rich" colour to it now. highly recommend it. But mask your surrounding plastic!! dry wax and polish wont come off that gritty textured black plastic. Just use masking tape around the surrounding plastic.
Use a clean cloth, put a dob of polish on it and with a fair bit of pressure; polish in a circular motion. Give it a few mins and buff off. do it a couple times and it should look shiny and deep in colour.
Don't do it if your woodgrain isn'y overly damaged - it may leave small, light circular marks.
