The guy who is selling me the driveshafts says that the KR Verada can take one of two driveshafts. Supposidly... The early KR and the late KR use two different drive shafts. Anyone know what he is on about? :P

Umm, think that suggests what I know... Like I need to find out if mine is a late or early kr. Or did the lates come with abs?

hmm you ask which KR yours is but you fail to state the year and month it was made

That is like saying how old am I to a total stranger

I assume you mean June 1992.

The shaft I needed was a 25 spline from memory which only the earliest KR's had. This KR had no Verada-esque goodies such as power windows or anything, it was a 1991 build. IIRC the later ones had 27 or 28 splines, Would it be too difficult to remove the shaft and count the splines?

Well basically I wanted to avoid having to lose the car for longer than I have to as I need it.
If no one can help me, I would be doing that.
And yup... 92

Look it up in the manual - you need to know your engine type and gearbox id.
