Hi All,

I have my TL. When it was bought it needed its 60,000ks service about bang on time. The 12 month later i got my 75000 done.

This time I stupidly listened to the sticker and serviced it only 8 months later (it was time for timing belt, didn't want to chance it). Now the sticker says to do it in 10 months time not 12.

Keeping in mind i do v.little ks (last year it was about 3000ks), do you think id be able to put the next service off for 14 months (feb 2010, not oct 2009)? this way i can also move it away from Christmas.

Just looking for opinions.

should be fine to push the service on a bit - just drop the oil and change the oil filter / check ait filter kinda thing.

if ya got the money, get the big service done, it cant hurt it but if its not driven much / hard etc, then dont stress too much about it IMO

yeah the big service was done today. Service + alternator belt + replacement key and remote cost $1070, its ok i guess...

Thats why im considering pushing the next one a bit
