hey guys i love this site, well i want to paint all my grey side molds on the doors and skirts from grey to black the trouble is i want to remove them to do it so its a clean job..

how do i remove the side molds under the door.. i found the screws under the sills though they seem to be stuck fast and i dont want to force anything as it may bend the molds into a non reusable part

please help
