hey guys,
seen as im driving my old mans car around while mines off the road
i've noticed that every time i jump in and put my foot on the brake its really hard
you know when you sit there pumping the brake pedal and it goes hard after the fluid/pressure builds up
the car a TJ wagon 01 i think and its auto
just wondering is this normal? or is there something wrong?
cheers rob

its the vacuum bleeding outta the brake matser cylinder.(booster)

Keep your foot on the brake when you start the car and it should drop a little as the vacuum assit kicks in.
you may have a leaking 1 way valve in the booster.
