Just wondering if their is an option code for the LPG compatible engine? Rather than trying to find the LPG stamp on the engine it would be easier to know if the option code was on the plate.

Hi The option code on the compliance plate is N0 1. This engine is standard in Advance and Altera LS . But was available on Executive as an option. Never offered on Verada

Thanks it just came to me after the thread in the Members lounge that people looking for a 3rd gen to put LPG onto could look for this option.

Just to confirm that info, if the No 1 is on the option plate then the head should be stamped 'LPG', i.e standing at the bonnet, looking at the car Front Head, on your right, below the rocker cover, nearest the battery.
