8k-9k imo, depends how the market is at the time. i had quite similar work done to my TE, and just pawned it off for $3700 because the markets at the point where you take what you can get.

mind you i sold the car in 22 hours from the commencement of advertising :D

its a TJ, with 180k, i'd be thinking 3500-4000, 5k for the right buyer.

I thought Modded cars got less!

Nice ride though, no offence. And for the average Bloke thats a lot of K's over 20 per year, and 3rd owner prolly.

Have you got the Log Book????

Receipts for the conversion, back yard????

i'd reckon 6k-ish for the right seller, i payed $7,000 for my Tj sports, black and manual and it was stock

Wow, wish I'd known about that when we were looking for a car for my sis :(

I would have said $6kish, because of the kms, and it's only an Exec.

Well, to really make your heart sink, I just payed $6,300 for a 2003 TL ES with 120,000kms on the clock. IMO, your TJ Exec with 180,000kms on the clock is probably worth $4k.

Good price on the 2003 model!
I'm looking for a 3rd gen magna, but the prices here - Adelaide - are a bit silly compared to that!

I have been looking around for a car for the Mrs.
I can easily get a TJ 02 with 100,000 to 150,000 on it for $4500-$5500.
With times tight they will only get cheaper gee you can get a TH with around 150,000-180,000 for $3000-$3500 easy.

My TJ SII Exec sedan with tiptronic got valued for trade in at $5k from honda burswood. I have 105,600 kms on it and if the trade in is that high then I could be getting $7k for mine?

This certainly isn't gospel, so don't take it as gospel please, it's mearly a guide.

Redbook value of your car. (http://www.redbook.com.au/used-cars/details.aspx?R=86358&__Qpb=true&Cr=1&__Ns=p_Make_String|0||p_ClassificationType_String| 0||p_Family_String|0||p_Year_String|1||p_SequenceN um_Int32|0&silo=1300&__N=2952%204294949495%204294966918%204294965762&seot=0&acv=1SuZvXYZHGs.&__Nne=15&trecs=28&__sid=11E7D50EA687)

I think $5k for that car with those kms providing it's in excellent condition with complete service history is a very generous valuation, and if you're looking to trade, and can get a good deal on a car you want from that dealership, I'd take it for sure. But selling your car privately, and wanting $7k for your car, is going to be very optimistic.

If he's offering you $5k on the car he's screwing you somewhere else lol
