Hi all, I have a TJ VRX and want to upgrade my alarm to a siren upgrade using the factory remote. I purchased a enforcer alarm but returned it after realising it would sound the siren as well as the horn. I was after an upgrade which would disconnect the horn alarm and just use the siren with the factory remote. Has anyone used and/or recommend an alarm? Cheers

What you need is a Mongoose MAP80G (http://www.mongoose.com.au/products/vehicle-security/5-star-alarms/map80g.aspx). Have one in my Rada. Awesome upgrade alarm with lots of features.

I was interested in this also, mostly wanted a siren so it makes a noise when i lock the car so i dont have to look back to make sure the blinkers flash all the time.

Cost me more than standard as i got the following extras installed at the same time:

- tilt sensor
- interior ultrasonic sensors
- 4 door auto windows up module
- auto headlights on/off module

Cost me a bit under $800 for everything supplied and fitted
