Hi, how would you clean the felt stuff under the bonnet, someone warned me about using water as they can disintegrate?

you dont really clean it... just lightly hose it

The trick is to ditch the factory fitted fibreglass sandwhich original and go for the replacement which Mitsu sells and is made from a single layer, more rigid material. You can wipe this off with kerro on a rag to keep it clean.
