Can anyone recommend a resonably priced Touch screen for car PC install, i'd like a 7" one that can be fitted nicely into the double din space. Thinkin about buying the old mans car pc off him want to find out about screens available first.

Cheers mate, how do u reckon you'd go fitting something like this flush in the double din space?
I saw someone on here had something similar to that one and claimed it was only about $50 on eBay, don't remember who though.

That's the screen I have and i'm extremely happy with it. It wont fit directly into the double DIN opening though, you have to cut away some of the console bit and mould it in.

Cut the plastic? or just the metal frame behind?
I'd rather not cut anything if i can help it.

That looks to be the same screen I've got in my car. They refreshed that model with LED backlighting, I've had that exact screen with both CCFL (in my Verada) and LED (in my TL) and the LED backlight is considerably better. Make sure this is the LED one.
As for fitting in the dash, MP3Car.com used to sell a double-din kit, but they don't seem to have it on their site anymore. I went for the fabrication approach, looks more integrated:

those guys can get the bezel, assuming you buy the right screen
or you can get a screen and bezel package. Very neat and professional
