for those with the air vents under the front seats, can you still mount the amp under there?

I've got a jaycar 2x150 that I want to put there if poss, otherwise I'm going to replace the tool tray with some mdf to mount it there.

Any tips/pics would be much appreciated.

tips - pisses off back seat passengers who then have no room to put there feet.
tips - pisses off anyone who wants to tune your amp as its in a cnut of a position.

i left my passenger seat out for a few days while i tested and fine-tuned my amp.
