Does anyone know the part # for the door sail tweeter mounts?

I want to get some so I can mount the tweeters of my components there

Minor Thread jacking in-progress......

If the "sail" or "delta" tweeter covers are purchased, is the mounting holes/clips for these already on the car?

I've had these tweeter covers off my Rada and Sports, and saw the standard tweeter with its metal mounting bracket..... just haven't had the flat cover off an Executive etc to know if it clips in the same way as the Tweeter cover. I have a spare set of Jaycar tweeters and a generic crossover I am thinking of grafting into parents' Executive.

Likewise I have a few sets of the Infinity dash-pod speakers set-aside, I intend to upgrade my dash Speakers in Rada, and add them to the Sports and the parents' Exec. The Infinity dash speakers are/were at the Adelaide Misti Clearance place, at $5- each (got to be a bargain, from pics they look better-made than the standard ones).

If the "sail"/"delta" tweeter covers just clip in to a standard/base-model door, that'll be easier than setting tweeters in the door card..... tho I have to say most members in here with tweeters in the door card have made it look pretty neat too.

good point, i was assuming that they just bolt on.

Could you please take a pic of the dash speaker.

Okies - just got access to my parent's car - and the plain "sail" or "delta" panel at front of 3rd Gen doors attaches exactly the same way as the Door Tweeter pod. There is a rubber moulding at that front corner of the doors, which has two slots moulded at the bottom and a hole moulded towards the top. Plastic lugs on the cover-panel (either plain, or tweeter-cover) clip into the rubber. Easy!! No screws and they seem to stay there OK.

Have attached a pic (hope not too big) of the delta-panel showing recesses, delta cover showing lugs that clip into the recesses, a pic of a dash spkr from the top of dash, and dash spkr (standard, non-Infinity) partly removed.

In 4-spkr audio Magna's have front doors and rear parcel shelf spkrs (approx 6" and 6"x9" respectively)
In 6-sprkr audio (as my TJ Sports) they get the door tweeters added
In 8-spkr audio (as my KJ Verada ei) they add the door tweets and the dash mid-range spkrs.

The dash-pods may be vinyl circles in cars with no speaker installed. Use a small straight-blade screwdriver on edge of the circle, it should just lift out - there are clip-lugs on the spkr in my pics, but it put up very little resistance to be removed. These pods/spkrs are approx 3" diameter. The Infinity ones at the Mitsi Clearance Centre seem to have much larger magnets than the one in my pic (I am waiting delivery of my upgrade ones).

interesting place for a speaker, can't exactly work well for staging.
