ok i have been shoppin around to get a new clutch fitted for my te i went to mitsi they said 980 i was ok i go some were else they all say 1,300 bucks im like what the **** any way i just wondering what clutches other people have used in thier 3rd gen and what prices did they pay to get it fitted etc thanks dan

A few people on the forum have had good experiences with RPW's higher-spec clutch. Apparently it works out cheaper than an OE clutch and it's more spiff and stuff too.

The prices you mentioned sound about right for an OE clutch though.. I've never had my magna clutch die, but my old VT commy's clutch pooed itself and toasted the flywheel so I had to replace both.. set me back $1800 :shock: It was going to be about $1200 just for the new Holden clutch fitted though. The flywheel being stuffed was just a bonus.
