Just wondering if its possible to install window lift modules to the factory alarm/remote locking system.

I'd like to have this feature but not going to spend hundreds on an aftermarket alarm for it.

Yep you sure can. just need to connect trigger wire from the module on to door lock wire and when doors lock, windows will roll up.

Just found modules on eBay about $30, might get one of those. Looks like one module does all windows so you can just fit it in the drivers door and wire it up to all windows from there. seems easy as :D

Hmmm this is sparking my interest, if you work out how to do it supra_t wanna install it on mine for a carton? Sick of people leaving the windows down then having to get back into the car, turn the ignition back on to put them back up:rant:

Im thinking of putting one of these in as well..

Do they work by triggering the UP circuit for a set time? I did notice on one of the ads on ebay it says 'max 15 seconds' so if you have the window down 3cm, does that mean it will set it in UP mode for quite a bit after it reaches the top? Obviously you set the timeout to how long it normally takes to go from all the way down to all the way up.
