damn its hot, temp gauge was about 2 needles below half way, and only 1 needle below bewteen kempsy and syd, on the way to he southern highlans it was slightly hotter again. got up to thermofan activating temp a couple of times on big hills, but cooled down ok afterwards. was towing 2 roadbikes, which including the trailer is 600kg, also had about 150kg of gear in the car so overall was really impressed by how it went with the new head gasket. also fitted up some cruise control b4 i left which worked great.
did 100kmh the whole way as i didnt want to push it too hard in the heat. managed to average 9.96L per 100km which i was very impressed with.
