i have a 89 tp wagon (as stated in tag). I was wondering what engine it is possible to put in there. Would it be possible say to whack in the 3.5L VRX engine and gearbox??? which i could then TT and laugh at the little punk in the 180 that laughed at me the other nite. little shit, i'd like to wipe the smirk off his ..... sorry getting off the point.
Or would i be better off majorly working the current engine. its only recently been rebuilt (timing belt went and it was only like $500 to have a re-con motor put in).
If u's reckon keep the motor i got what mods do u reckon to get the most hp.

thanx 4 any help

Aston 2.6L engines are the right type of engine to turbo!!

They have awsome gains..

That'd shut the 180b owner up...

I wouldnt bother though with an engine swap.. If youre engine has been recon'd id definetely think of the turbo option and full exhaust..

Dunno if the engine will fit - but worth looking into - sure make someones eyes open up to see a TP keep up with the best of them!!

Would not worry about TT-ing a 3.0 or 3.5 to beat a 180sx, those CA18 engines in those POS get owned by my 3.0lt manual everytime. Nissan SR20 engines however are a completly different story :)
