hi first thread so forgive me if its been covered before... ( i did use the search and came up with nothing...)
just brought a 2000 tj exec 3.5 4spd auto.... 113km on the clock
got to be one of the best cars ive ever driven....
anyway my aircon switch led/globe isn't lighting up when the aircon is on.... pulled apart the dash the other day and it seems the globe/ led is part of the switch is this correct???? Yes the aircon actually does work and no their are no blown fuses went right over the car as the alternator regulator was busted when i brought it.

You can take them apart but its probably not worth it imho. Just go to the wrecker and grab a new switch or live with it not working.

I had same prob and just replaced the swicth. $23 and it was done
