Have done a search but couldnt find much on this issue.

I have a KH rada and when i try to unlock the car with the key (remote not working) it locks itself straight away again. Does this when you have the door open aswell. Have to keep my window down or take keys out of the ignition so i dont get locked out.

Any help would be appreciated!!

I had a similar issue in my TJ, found that a loose 'lock' lever on the door was sitting in the middle and every time I un-lock the door with the remote, the switch would go half way and then flick back to lock as it could not reach all the way to unlock position. It may sound like a dumb theory but I've replaced the whole door lever and never had problems since.

Can also be an issue with the actual locking motor as well, is fairly common

had the reverse issue everytime i locked the car it unlocked again.
use the key to lock then unlock the key. for some reason it seems to reset the system and i haven't had a problem since.

Thanks guys , ill check it out this weekend. Will give it a good spray with crc too, we have had heaps of rain up here, wonder if this might be part of the problem.
