I believe we only ever got electric drivers seats here in Aus, don't recall any models coming with passenger. The Verada's got them, as did TL and TW Magnas.

Any KR onwards XI got drivers electric seats and any KJ2 onwards Xi got both front power seats. KJ2 onwards (possibly KJ 1.5) EI also got a power drivers seat.
Oh, and all the TL magnas got a limited version of the electric seat, but they have airbags in the seats and may not be suitable.

Yeah, I got em. IIRC they are just curtain airbags that come out of the seat. I feel safer when i see them when i get in :P

Not curtain airbags but side thorax airbags

There was an old thread where member magna-by-design discussed the combinations and variations of magna seats - tho it focussed more on seat foams and covers, than it did on the seat bases IIRC. You might find some useful pointers in that thread. Try search of "seat foam".
There was also a thread/how-to done by an amatuer trimmer (poss not always fondly remembered), but he explained how seat covers can be detachjed and replaced - there are metal ring/clips which hold covers on and taut. Think that thread is still accessible and would be very relevent if you intend to swap covers. Search "hog rings" (I kid you not).

I wouldnt trust a word that crapcrap trimming ever said, i rate ear puss higher then him. Anyways, if you are fitting TL onward seats in a pre TL car, the rails need to be modified slightly for them to sit square as well.

Little bit more then bending them a tad, the inner rear bolt holes dont even remotely come close to lining up.

Closer to 2, with it sitting flush on the 2 bolt anchors on the front, the rear right lines up, but the rear left you will need to either drill out the hold slightly to angle the bolt in to bend it into postion, if you use a mallet it can jam the electric motor that moves the seat (pushes it off the cog)
