Hi just wanted to know if the grey door trims about 3 quarters the way down the doors (refer to pic) are glued on or whether they are held on by bolts inside the door? Reason being I'm looking to colour code my car and have found a silver verada being wrecked that could donate the required parts. And yes I have thought about just getting everything sprayed but I think this would work out cheaper.

I could be wrong here but IIRC they are glued on.

Could even be double sided tape, im sure theres plenty of people on here that would have removed them to colour code or whatever and would know exactly what is it.

Yep the narrow moulding on the doors is held on by double sided tape and on some cars they put dobs of "hot glue" on each end of the mouldings to help keep them attached (this was mainly done to some cars that had the mouldings removed and then put back on during QA rectification)
The wider mouldings at the base of each door are also attached with double sided tape but they also have a small black headed nut on each end of the moulding

While we're on topic are they skirts the same deal again? I can see that there is a bolt in the front guard and a lot of small screws underneath, is there a whole lot of glue holding them on aswell?

Double sided tape.
There is actually clips along the top side that attach the sill panel covers as well as a small strip of double sided tape along the top edge and also screw on the underside of the sill covers

Yeah, those screw in clips are the work of the devil. Were they screwed to the cover first, or fitted to the sill rail first, and the cover fitted afterwards?

Screwed to the covers first then the cover clipped on from the top with the bottom clips then pushed into the holes in the underside of the cars sills.
