Its basically putting a suck-through fan on your intake, doesn't do much at all, if anything it may reduce power by slowing down the airflow... Might give like 1kw more on the dyno (since there is little air-force pushing air in) but day to day driving, useless.

There is two things to think about, air volume and air pressure.

Sure these might be able to move the required volume of air, but not at any great pressue like a turbo.

You will even out the airflow, just like the dyno graphs how on the ebay page.

Freaky! Just today I was thinking about making my own cheap system to force more air into the intake, and now I find this post :P

But as said, not worth it. These electric systems draw more power than they give, only good for restricting air imo.

hmmm yeh thought as much. there is so many different brands out there and also the buyers actually leave good feed back. it is an interesting theory but as with anything. anything that cheap that promises such results must be BS

There are several problems with this post

The fact that these have been posted on many occasions
The fact that you do not get large power increases for a few bucks
The fact that no mods are around to close this thread
