Hi guys, just got a magna a few months ago. Is in pretty good shape bar a few things. Had the common stalling problem on start up. But I fixed that issue. Was putting a head unit in a couple of weeks ago, an since then I've lost the lights to my speedo/fuel/revs and my P,N,D,R etc.. Are these the yellow fuses under the hood? Also, my handbrake has no grip. Barely slows my car down when I'm just idling in drive. What would I need to do to fix this? And lastly, my tail lights don't seem to be working, but when I hit the brakes my reverse light comes on apparently.

Apart from that, very happy with the purchase of the car. Bought a set of rims (as pictured in DP), airbrushed the center console white, put in a new head unit with 7" screen and a sound system. Was due to get dumped and an exhaust system put in but just lost my job last week so it's been put on hold for a bit. Terrific job on the site guys. Luven it :D

I wounder if it has something to do with your head unit ? you installed it then your lights play up ? check that you have the wiring correct or loose wire etc.

Handbrake is a common issue, is to do with the adjuster.

Where abouts are you located? Would rather do it myself as I'm only young an wanna do everything so I can learn more about cars in general. Is it a tricky job to do? Cheers.
