My factory passenger seat is not powered and i want to put the black vr-x diamante seats in my car but they come powered! how would i go about doing this?

Just bolt those puppies in and wire them up.
You should be able to locate power within the car to power these, make sure you use a power source that is ignition or acc powered only

Is there any issues wiring it to 12v constant?
That would allow you to move the seat before putting the key in, and AFAIK it shouldn't be using any power unless you are actually using it?
When I eventually get Power Windows I want to wire them this way (Well, I'll actually wire them so IF the alarm is off, allow them to be used with the car off), hence why I ask...

My power seats work without keys as far as I can remember.

Drivers power seat works in my TL too without the key.
Yeah mine functions without the key aswell.
I wired a electric seat in my KE up to constant 12v, had no issues.
You know KE's have the plug under the carpet for the seat already?

12V constant is how they are from factory,allows seat adjustment without having to have the keys in the igntion etc for us lazy buggers,also handy when vacuumming the floor and need to move the seat back
