How do I remove this?

From what I remember it just pulls straight out from the dash. There are no screws. But be gentle with it.

as above, when I took mine out mate I just got a credit card and used it to pry it out as it just clips in

I assume its the side air vents from the 3rd Gen?

If it is then all you need to do is carefully push it up and towards you to release the 2 metal clips that hold it in then pull it down to get it out.

Yeh mate thats it.

Push it up to release the metal clips at the bottom of the vent, the bottom of the vent should pop out a bit. Then pull the vent down and towards you.
