Just got a TS 96 Magna Station Wagon and it didn't come with a keyless entry.
But im thinking it must be able to have one, because all the locks operate when the drivers side does.

Anyone know if it can be done? if so, where and how much can i get one?

It doesn't come with keyless entry, but you can have it fitted to your central locking, mine cost me $190 ( i think) fitted at an auto electrician, its well worth the money, you can buy the kit for alot cheaper then that and do it yourself if you are savvy enough.

I'm not quite sure, i know all it involves is wiring the transmitter for the remotes into the master slave of the central locking system, someone did a write-up on how to do it on here, try searching for it, the kit for it should only set you back $50-$100 depending on brands etc.

Protip: If you buy an aftermarket kit, the wires for the central locking are near the fuse box under one of the drivers side kick panels on the right hand side of the footwell (right near the door)

play with the wires, one will unlock all with 12v added, one will lock

I have a 4 door central locking\keyless entry system sitting in a cupboard somewhere still I think, brand new in the box. Was gonna fit it to my old mazda but never did, let me know if you're interested and I'll dig around to see if I've still got it.

no just letting you know if you get an aftermarket kit, it will most probably have two 'action' wires, one which will put out 12v for locking and one which will put out 12v for unlocking. you will need to join these two wires to the correct two wires on the loom UNDER the fuse box :D

you will need to test which two wires are the correct two

I imagine your best bet would be to buy a Keyless Entry kit - maybe talk to mr_cosmo (see above).
OR
Look at getting an alarm, some of these come with keyless entry as well.

Then you've just gotta decide if you can do the install yourself or do you need to have someone do it for you (like I would lol).

OR know of where i can get it does reasonably cheap.

Went into JayCar today, and asked about this keyless entry thing.
He said they have some sort of universal kit i can use, costs 60$ and takes 3-6 hours to install.
Said i would cost 120$ to install

He also mentioned getting one specifically for my model car, any ideas where i could find this one specific to my 96 TS Magna wagon 4cly Auto?
Or a guide on how to install the universal kit into the same model car as before.

Thanks.
