I'm not 100% sure, but dont you need to run a tank of petrol through it every few tanks full? This wouldnt be possible if you remove the fuel system completely. I'm not sure of the legalities of it either?

I have a TS and TP Elite Wagons with LPG fitted. In the TS, I have the donut tank and whilst it leaves more room in the back, it is small with only 52 ltr usable. I was going to go with fuel tank removal in the TP but my gas fitter said it was more sense to keep the fuel tank as it really does need to have the motor run on petrol. He recommended to drive at least 25km on petrol once in four weeks of LPG as a minimum. We found that having both tanks of fuel gave a better range when traveling. The TP has an 80 ltr tank and is much more user friendly in its range for metro driving.
