I have seen this listed at what seems a very high $39 price for 500ml bottle and it states that:

"A brand new Sealed 500 ML.. Bottle of EBC Racing Brake Fluid.. EBC BF307+ racing brake fluid offers the ultimate high performance glycol based brake fluid for use in motorcycles and cars on and off the track . This fluid can be used in any system designed for Dot3 or Dot4 glycol fluids. This Dot4 motor vehicle brake fluid conforms to FMV SS.571.116. Boiling point exceeds 307 degrees Celcius (586f) average. GST is included in the price and you will get a Tax Invoice"

Is this so much better than good quality Dot 4 you can buy for $10 or less a bottle?

well, it's boiling point is about 80C higher than the stuff you get for $10 a bottle.

might be worth it if you track the car. probably not worth if for the street.

Make that definitely not worth it for the street, and probably not the track either. Unless it's being used in some form of race car. Your brakes will give up long before the fluid does.
