Are 6G74 exhaust studs the same as 6g72 and 4G Astron engines?

Pete the 3.5 uses a 10x1.25 exhaust stud and the 6G72 2 valve,4G5 series engine uses a 8x1.25 stud. the 8mm snap readily it was a good upgade by the factory.
