Just wondering, what you guys use for car seat covers or do you use the stock seat with no covers?
I've been looking at the usual places (eg. Repcos, Kmart, etc) and haven't been terribly impressed with the selection they have there - or if I do find something I like, they don't have a matching set for the back seat.
I've seen a couple of lancers that have plush grey covers with the mitsubishi emblems which look pretty good and saw them being sold at the local shops at a temporary stall for about $220 for each seat. :shock: Anyone seen any cheaper?
If you've changed the upholstery material, how much did it set you back?

Don't use covers, the factory velour is nice enough. If anything I would rather replace the front seats with a pair of Sparcos (sports mesh material) rather than retrim.

I say go the sheepskin, nice thick luxurious plie, dam they're comfy. Mine set me back $170 from super dodge, I love them, and they don't get too hot or anything either, and did I mention how dam comfy they are :D . And don't forget chicks love the feel of nice sexy sheepskin to. Sheepskin all the way I reckon :clap: .

If you go stock, do you have anything in your car that you use eg. just in case you've worked on your car or have finished playing a game of footy or bball and don't want to get the stock seats stained?
I'd like to go with the sheepskin, but they are sooo expensive. Though I'd guess you are right about the chicks digging it. :D

How about the Snap on throwovers. There wot I use. You can also get other brands now like RXS ans NOS. Easy to put on and take off to show your seats off. Cheers shaun

bed sheets, interchangable according to your mood and washable! :D
Sheepskin is so 80's..
All you need is the Sheepskin steering wheel cover, a big COMMODORE sticker on the back window and some feral mullet wearing psycho girlfriend named Shazza.
Sheepskin = yuk.
I dont have Car seat covers. Prefer the look of all natural VR-X seats.
Although I have been tempted to buy the leather VR-X seats to replace them.
