Hey guys..
So i have changed my cluster globes into awesome ones (YAY) but my KPH dial is SO dull.
http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k111/presti_01/lights.jpg
it bairly lights up. Before i got the new globes (t10 chips) the RPM was the same, poorly lit. but now its good, its just the KPH one.
Is there something in the dial i can remove to help get the light through?
I might go to jollies you pull it and try to rip one out and try. anyone got any ideas?

Looks to me like one of the bulbs/leds isn't lit try turning the bulb 180 degrees Led's normally only work one way.

IF you are using LEDs they all need to go in one direction, take the one out thats not working and turn it 180 and put it back in, this should make it work

Before you put the LEDS in, it may help if you test and mark ( like with a texta) the positive sides on the globes,
and fit them consistley, e.g. all marks to top. Makes getting it right too easy.
as said above, turn them 180degrees, sometimes it helps to move the pins a little as well. by looking at the RPM, it doesnt look like theres much light light there either... wat type of T10 LED's did you use. for ur cluster its best to use the 'inverted' LED's as they spread the light and dnt jus shine in one direction..

For future reference, when I did mine I ensured the pins were pointing the same direction on every single T10/T5 globe holder. I then made sure they were all the right-way up, this can be determined by the text on them. If you make sure they all point the right way, they'll all work first-go.
