As the link above states, this car seems to be a 4-cylinder 2nd gen in European-spec "Sigma" specification, ie. It has framed doors & rear quarter windows like the Australian built cars, but it also has the Jap-spec Diamante/chrome grille front end + KS Verada rear.
N.B. The car is located in Malaysia
Has high gloss woodgrain but is manual transmission. Gear boot looks like the 1st Gen or late '80's Galant ones, with the ribbed style, not the baggy manual gear boot of the TR/TS that we are used to. First time I've seen this. Maybe this car is a manual conversion, I don't know
Most surprisingly there seems to be a 4-cyl turbo under the hood.
Now to my knowledge, I thought that apart from the Australian Astrons, all 2nd gens were 6-cylinder.
Certainly an interesting car, for those few of us who are still 2nd-Gen savvy
