What is the exhaust piping diameter for each model?

I know TE-TH 3LT is 2.25"
and TJ Sports & VRX/TL,TW VR & VRX are 2.5"

But are TJ-TW 3.5 base models also 2.5", or are they 2.25"?

Need to find this out to see if I can bolt up my exhaust or have to get it welded.

3l should be 2.25, and 3.5l should be just under 2.5. i think its like 2.4. vrx adds high flow muffler, and ralliart ads diff headers.

What's the length difference in the 3.0 and. 3.5 due to the cat?
Approx 6".
I had to cut out about that much when I fitted the Redback system due to the longer cat fitted to the 3.5.

So is the 3.5 cat excatly 6 " longer then the 3.0l

No idea, rough estimate and I've binned my original Cat.
I fitted it up the Redback system then marked out how much to cut off.
Best to ask someone with a 3.0L to measure the length of there Cat and compare it to yours.
