Can any-one enlighten me on the exhaust system fitted to the KJ Verada AWD? Seems noisier than my previous KH Verada Ei. A tad sporty in fact. Is it a different system to the Ei and Xi models?

Driving around town at 60k in 5th the engines ticking over at about 1100 rpm. The exhaust becomes quite "boomey" and can only be overcome by engaging the tiptronic and pulling back to 4th gear.

Any other AWD owners out there have an opinion?

Probably the same as the vrx/sports muffler?

either that or it could be drive line resonance, becuase according to wheels or motor(can't remember) the drivline is ment to be a bit noisy compared to other AWDs ;)

if its got 2 droopy tips out the muffler its stock, if its got 1 big one its a sports muffler, otherwise just get it checked for leaks.
