You have to match the spline count in the manual gearbox. On the drivers side this is on the drive shaft, but on the passenger side the spline is on the intermediate shaft. If the new intermediate shaft matches your passenger side drive shaft you can reuse it.

Now, depending on if you are looking second or third gen for the conversion. Either way, if third gen the drive shafts are different on the manual to auto, obviously the end in the hubs are both the same however the trans end have a different spline set up.
The second gen has the dog shaft on the LHS< the third on the RHS.
When I did my conversion a few weeks ago I just grabbed everything from the doner car, including ECU and manual loom as a/ is much easier to hook up and keep things such a cruise working and b/ better map and not confusing the crapper out of the ecu with tcu inpits being missing
If you are looking for someone to do this for you, I have just done one and in a few weeks will be doing another
As for parts to do this, if a third gen and 3.0 Jolly Rogers get them in from time to time, even I am sure a 3.5 will come in sooner or later as well
BTW as you have a third gen I am assumint this is the car you are looking at so have moved to third gen section
