Car is TR Manual Sed. 200,000 k's. Has been log book serviced from new, no known problems until new computer fitted 3,000 k's ago. In the last few days engine has been running rough for about first five minutes and now from yesterday the Check Engine light is coming on after the engine has warmed up. Oil and Coolant seem OK, any ideas what I should be looking at?

Have a read of this .pdf, which details a process through which you can use a voltmeter to read the ECU's error codes. It can be annoying to get the hang of, but it's cheaper then paying a dealer or mechanic to retrieve the codes for you.
