Hey guys...
i just picked up myself some brand new side mirrors from the clearance house. the only problem is that they are grey, and i have a white car. i went to a local spray painting place and they wanted $220 to paint em Mawson White.
so heres the question: i was wondering how would i go about painting these myself? or could anyone here (locally) paint em for me and ill pay them back of course for their troubles.
or can someone please tell me EXACTLY how i would paint these myself.. as im not to good with the whole painting thing

Take them apart if possible and sand everything your going to paint with 300ish grit paper, get the surfaces pretty smooth.
Next get a good plastic primer and give it a good coat, sand down with a finer paper untill it's smooth, keep painting/sanding untill you have a good flat surface with no pits/marks and a good coverage.
Get some of the paint you want to use from an auto parts store and follow the same process, sand/paint untill it's perfect, grab a good clear and do the same, let it sit for a day or two and your done!

Yes, you could pay someone to do it.
You said you can get it done for $220.
That's paying someone to do it isn't it?

Dude it's definately not worth paying someone to do it! Follow the instructions in this thread;

Wow so you asked ONE place to do your mirrors?
Did you ring around get quotes off anyone else?
They should set you back $50 a mirror maybe a smidge more.
Get them done pro, they wont ever look as good done in acrylic/or last as long.
