Where do I get Fuel Rail o-rings and Injector Insulator pads in Melbourne?
Mitsu wants $60 for 4 o rings and 6 insulators.:gtfo:
Anyone know what size these are?
I've been recommended that Renhel Manufacturing in dandenong should have the bits but it is still a risk that they won't then I'm left with a undrivable car.

Any bearing shop i don't know who you have down there but someone like CBC (consolidated bearing company) maybe should have the o'rings if you have a sample to show them as for the insulators an injector serving place might be an option.

The insulators, you are talking about the seals at the bottom of the injector or the black insulator between the rail and the manifold
I have in stock the seals at the bottom of the injector also have a few sets of the insulators as well if needed

I was refering to the pads at the base of the injectors. (6 small disks) I don't believe these are supplied with the refurbished injectors.
I was planning to reuse the rail to manifold insulators - unless this is not advised.
Any advice on the o rings? At the moment my strategy is a visual matchup as cracknjnr has suggested.

Ok,
The "O" rings do not need to be removed, you do not need to strip out the rail to pop the injectors on, you only need to remove the top manifild, undo the 4 bolts and the whole lot lifts up to give access
The lower seals I have, call me later in the arvo, you could poss drop by my place on the way home and pick them up if you want to as I am in Ringwood

Here's a couple of places in Melbourne that sell fuel injectors that may be able to help.
Injectors Online - 03 9558 5354 - 3/56 Smith Road, Springvale
Powerflow Injection - 03 9872 3655 - 14 Pilgrim Court, Ringwood

Heres another Question
With the injectors and fuel rail removed, is it safe to spray carb cleaner into the injector ports to remove carbon off the inlet valves?

Sure is, do not spray too much in there as remember all of the gunk will end up inside your motor
The far better way is to remove the lower manifold which is a very easy task, I can also supply you the proper gaskets for this.
