about 3-4 months!
if you said earlier you were going to buy those, i would have told you, but i didn't know!
sorry, just dont try to run it flat out!
pretty good first install
yeah, i did mine last week too, but no where as complicated as u tho! rip out all ur seats etc. i only removed my rear seat cushions. prefab boxes are they? i couldn't afford prefab, so i made my own :D

thats ok mate, did the fire cause any damage? what do you reckon would be a good amp to buy to replace them?? yeah they are prefab boxes i think they look quite good :dancin: , better than the autobarn box that they put them in!!!

no didn't cause anything bad, dont go thinking thinking it was burning like a furnace,
there can't be anything you might want!
i personally prefer american products, i am running a phoenix gold ryval amp!
4 x 70WRMS (a4.70), powering my splits and my sub, i like it a lot, good power. paid a discount price of $350, coz i know the guy, but retails at around the $500 mark!
im just looking at a mono class sub amp, but i can't be ****ed as i aint buying it anytime soon!
just dont go anywhere near Autobarn and Strathfield!

how are you gonna do anything with the amps if they are under the seats? like what if u need to change any settings? take out the seat and change the settings then put the seat back in?

If your move both seats all the way forward you can acess all the controls still from the back seat way, if ya get me. Both amps have thier controls pointing to the outside of the car. Theres no need to take the seats out to do this

I had a boss sub which powered two pioneer 12" VCCS subs. Their bass output is great but they weren't too good up high. The Boss amps are great value and i've never had a problem with them.
However i use kicker now which i belive own :D

Nice instal mate, i used to have 600w Alpine amp under the drivers side seat powering 2 10s but it kept overheating, so i installed the amp in the centre part of the rear seats (the part u pull down) and there was no dramas, so i really thing having the amps under the seats is a neat job but not the best, but..... in ur case the Boss have a self cooling fan on them... i used to have a 800w BOSS amp under the seat of my old swift and found out that the fan stopped working and smoke started pouring out from under the seats.... my sugestion is make a custom amp mounting brackets and mount them in the boot, it will be alot more safer and the amp wont overheat + when u have people in the back they wont be putting there feet/shoes on them especially when u just hop in when its raining
