check the fluids, and make sure the belt is on tightly :P.. the belt tends to shred if you get oil on it and eventually snap. on my TR 4cyl its on the opposite side of the motor from the trans

just spoke to rhys dude.
To replace the belt, i'm pretty sure you have to rip the A/C belt ooff the crank to get that on, so check the condition of the A/C belt in case it needs changing (best to do it now bcoz it has to come off anyway.
To remove A/C Belt;
There's a tensioner high up on the firewall side of the engine (on the passenger side) It is placed where the top counter balance shaft is. There's a bolt on the side which needs to be loosened before the top one is undone. you'll see what I mean when you look at it. the belt'lll go llimp, take it off and fit the Accessories belt.
To Replace Accessories belt;
Alternator acts as a tensioner on this one. Loosen the tensioner bolt and give the alternator a little push if it's stuck. keep going until the belt fits on.
it's pretty simple man. shouldnt take more than 20minutes.
