Guys, My son has a large dent in his rear drivers side door and there is a good one on Ebay for sale, I just need to know my sons car is a 1994 Magna 4 cyl but the door on ebay (the picture of the car looks identical to my sons) is advertised as a 1993. Will a 93 door fit on the 94 model.??
Thanks
Peter

Yes mate, All panels from the TR/KR/TS/KS range will fit each other including bumpers etc.

Just make sure you have same window mechanism as the other door - I bought a new door from Mitsi Clearance in Adelaide to use on a TR we may get rego's for my niece.

Didn't even think about man vs power windows - until we'd paid for new door to be painted and were about to fit it!
We needed a manual window-winder, and I'd bought a door that must have been for power...... the inner skin was completely different, and even trim holes didn't match. (We got around it, eventually). Overall shape of door was fine, door closed, window glass fitted, etc.

Edit: We wondered if our cheap door may have been of Export car. It had absolutely nowhere to mount the window-winder, and the cut-outs in inner skin were different places and shapes. We ended-up cutting a panel from inner skin of damaged door, and a smaller panel from new door - there were about 2 "landmarks" (holes in pressings) that matched, so we bolted pieces together at those spots and pop-riveted the patch in - even had to modify the new door to allow that "patch" to sit flush. Happily though, the cheap door did have the side-intrusion beam etc. Car being rego'd 9/4/09 - <fingers crossed>.

Just make sure its not off a wagon or if you have a wagon make sure its from a wagon.
As i am sure wagon v's sedan is different.

No, all doors from TR/TS range are exactly the same.

Sorry Yann, The Wagona nd Sedan have a slightly different window channel up top.

I was not aware of a difference in the inside panel, I think that perhaps the door spoken about above may have been for an export model as many here (myself included) have done strong arm to fast glass conversions
