Just wondering if the KE Xi Verada has ABS brakes?? Surely it does but according to redbook specs it doesn't. Can anyone confirm whether it has ABS or not??

Hehe thanks Trav yeah I thought so. It know the TE Advance has ABS but it doesnt specify ABS for the veradas. Oh well maybe they just forgot to add that in the list of specs :clap: :clap: :clap:

my TF exec has ABS heheheh thkank god the owner before got some extra options like ABS n airbags n stuff, no power windows tho :doubt:

bah, trust me to buy a fleet mule whos owners went cheap arse and got no extras. My TF exec lacks airbag or abs :evil:

Yeah.. not to mention the replacement cost of whatever else the airbag decides to break on its way out.

I would still rather pay for a new airbag than a new head

New heads are expensive.
I'm pretty sure my KF Xi has ABS... but after reading this i can't say i've ever checked.....

do you have an anti lock light when you start your car? on the upper right corner of your dails. If it lights up for a brief second then goes off, then you do have ABS, else you don't. or you can pop the bonnet and have a look at the ABS module, it's located on the passenger side, near the Fire wall..

ABS is a pain when you want to do hand brake turns though.

my exec has abs and cruise but no air bags :cry:
