As the title says, thats my problem. Ive dewinged the Gtv but now have 5 MASSIVE F&*^KOFF holes in the boot lid, and naturally the paints not too flash around the holes. Was wondering instead of paying $500 or so to get the holes welded, plugged and boot resprayed could i instead trackdown a tj boot lid and take put the verada bootlid lights on that?

From searching all ive found is that a TJ boot lid would (OFCOURSE) fit BUT there seems to be no place for the reverse lights! so would i have to customise the bootlid and pop the reverse lights in verada style?

AARRRGGGHHH gotta think these things though before i undertake em hey!

I think ill go into bunnings today and grab some grommets to tempoprarily fill the holes:tired: ..for now.

Bit of polish might help on the paint around the holes, but yeah you are either gonna need a new bootlid or get the current one patched up.

Only reason I've yet to dewing my TL.

Do you have the LED high mount in the back window? Remember your car will be unroadworthy without that highmount light.
