get a flat head screw driver and wedge it under (carefully) the black consol where your cup holders are (or that has the spots to put coins and ****) if you have auto, put it in manual then remove it fully because it is in there 'snug'.

Then *how i've done it before* pull the ashtray out with just brute force, push the air con and fan dials back as you pull the black front towards you.
Then undo the screws on the top and bottom of the silver metal that is holding in your cd player then its out for you to remove from that surrounding.

Use 'Search" typing "centre console removal" as your search term, would be a good start. Also try audio install, head unit removal etc.

There are some EXCELLENT old threads with detailed information, and pictures to guide you. There are a few tricks to know, which WILL prevent you BREAKING pricey console panels.

You could also look at the sticky threads for DIY posts, or use DIY as a Search term. Try the Tech Torque and Car Audio forums as obvious places to start looking.

YOu should do OK, just try not to lose patience - there are clips which can break off, and finding the pics in old threads should help prevent that. Also, there is a cable which restricts movement of the centre-vent panel - you need to find that probably (in the old threads with pics), otherwise you may break the centre-vents.
